Delivery and Returns Policy
The following applies to purchases made on www.tonrad.com and not third party retailers.
Online Purchases
Online purchases are limited to 5 items per order.
Payment
We accept payments from Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal.
Delivery
Standard delivery takes 3-5 working days and is free on orders to UK postcodes. *Exclusions apply

Standard delivery to excluded postcodes is charged at £14.99.
Next day delivery is £5.99. (Order by 2pm Monday-Thursday to receive your order the next working day). This excludes bank holidays.
Next day delivery is not available to excluded postcodes.

Tracking
We offer tracking on all of our orders. When you receive an email from us to confirm your order has been dispatched, you will also receive an email from your courier which will include a link to track your order.
Cancellations & Order Changes
Unfortunately, we cannot offer cancellations or make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please follow the returns process outlined below if you need to send your watch back to us.
Returns
All orders can be returned within 28 working days from delivery.

If you wish to return an order within this time period, the product must be unworn and in its original condition. Furthermore, if you have received any additional products with your purchase, i.e a USB magnetic charging cable for one of our smart watches, this too must be returned and in its original condition. Should you wish to return a gift set that includes earrings, you may only return these within the 28 working day period if the seal is unbroken on the earring package.

Please remember to fill out the reason for returning on the delivery note and place this in the package with the product you are returning.

Returns on all orders are free.

If you would like to make a return, fill in the table on the delivery note with a reason code explaining why you are making the return. Place your order back into its original packaging with the invoice slip inside. Go to https://returns.dpd.co.uk/time-products-uk-ltd/GB/home. Please complete the returns form and print your returns label and stick it on your package and then drop your return off at your nearest Dropoff point. If you are not sure where your nearest Dropoff point is, please click on 'Find my local Dropoff shop' tab in the DPD returns portal, enter your postcode and your nearest locations will be shown. You will be updated on the status of your return via email or text.

Once we have received your return and refunded the money back to you, we will notify you via email. It will take up to 14 working days for you to receive your money back into your account. If after this time you have not received your money back, please contact us at info@tonrad.com
Faulty Goods
If the order you have received is faulty and you would like to send it back to us for a repair, fill in the table on the invoice slip with an explanation of the fault. Place your order back into its original packaging with the invoice slip inside. Go to https://returns.dpd.co.uk/time-products-uk-ltd/GB/home. Print off your returns label, attach it to your package and drop your return off at your nearest DPD Dropoff point.

Once we have received your return, it will take around 14 working days for us to repair your watch and send it back to you. However, at particular times during the year, our repairs team may be very busy. If after the 14 working days you have still not received your repaired watch, please contact info@tonrad.com to find out the status of your repair.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges. In cases where you are returning a faulty watch to us and it is not feasible to repair this, we will offer you an exchange for a new watch that is the same model as the original. For more information on delivery and returns, please see our FAQ page.
